Right-Click Context Menu

 

Whether viewing items from the list view, compact view or calendar view, the context menu is available by right-clicking on the request line. The context menu allows you to work faster with less navigation.

Actions in the context menu include:

  • Changing folder views (options available based on settings). To set folders that will display here, open the settings menu in the top right corner next to the resource calendar. Then, select the folders to show in the "Show in Context Menu" column.

  • Delegating assignments (if the user account has delegation permissions)

  • Changing the status of a request (some statuses available based on user permissions)

  • Rejecting a request. This will put the PO back in the creator's drafts folder with a reason for rejection sent in a notification.

  • View the history of the request
  • Add more notes associated with the request to the Special Instructions
  • Show> All in PO, Active from Client, All from Client
    • All in PO will open the order to an isolated view containing only the requests grouped within 1 order
    • Active from Client will filter to any orders that are active in production that have the same client name
    • All from Client will filter to all orders that exist in vPro with the same client name regardless of its status
  • Assign resources or equipment to the request or book an appointment
  • Post a blog on the request
  • + New like this will start a copy process
  • Edit will open the order to the data entry form
