How to Create an Online Contest

 

Step 1: Navigate to Online Contests

Start by clicking on the Promotions tab, then Contests, and select Online Contests.

Step 2: Enter the Contest Information

On the Contest Info page:

• Enter the Contest Name.
• Select the Start Date and End Date.
• Enter the # to Run.
• Click Save.
• Click Prizes to move on to the next step.

Step 3: Add a Prize

On the Prizes page, click the blue + at the top right of the Available Prizes box.

Enter the prize information:

• Enter a Prize Name.
• Select the Prize Type: Tickets, Prize, or Cash.
• Enter the Total Number of Prizes available.
• Enter the Value of the prize.
• Select the prize Expiration Date.
• Select the appropriate Prize Closet Category.
• Click Apply.

Step 4: Enter the Prize Details

In the Prize Detail window:

• Enter the number of prizes to assign to this contest.
• Enter how many prizes should be awarded to each winner.
• Enter how many prizes should be pulled from the selected Prize Closet category.
• Click Apply.

Step 5: Save the Contest

Once you are returned to the Prizes page:

• Confirm that your prize appears in the Linked Prizes box.
• Click Save.
