[Integrations](https://vcreativeinc.com/knowledge-promosuite/promosuite-next?hsLang=en#integrations) May 6, 2026 # Growing Your Email Subscriber List with PromoSuite Next + PromoSuite Mail ## PromoSuite Next can help you grow your PromoSuite Mail subscriber list by allowing contest winners to opt in to your station’s email communications directly from the Winner Info Form. This integration makes it easy to turn winner interactions into new subscribers without requiring additional emails, forms, or manual imports. #### **How It Works** When enabled, winners completing the Winner Info Form will see an optional email signup checkbox. If the winner selects the checkbox: - Their email address will automatically be added to your selected PromoSuite Mail subscription list. - No manual exporting or importing is required. --- #### **Enable Winner Email Opt-Ins** To enable this feature in PromoSuite Next: 1. Navigate to: **Setup \> Database \> General** 2. Locate: **Add listeners to PromoSuite Mail Emails** 3. Select: **Yes** 4.
